The guest bedrooms have queen beds and private baths. There is also an office with additional sleeping space with a day bed & trundle bed pullout. Large, fully equipped kitchen and family room area with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. A/C throughout, High Speed Internet WiFi, Phone, and Cable TV. Nice private pool with waterfall, large patio area and gas BBQ. Home sits on a over 1 acre of land. There is also a 2 car garage and plenty of room for additional parking. Beautiful mountain views and walking distance to many great restaurants, mini supermarket and shops in Brasilito and Conchal.

High Season (Dec 15 to April 30): $1,800 per week or $300 per night (4 night minimum)
Green Season I (May 1 to Aug 30): $1,600 per week or $250 per night (4 night minimum)
Green Season II (Sep 1 to Dec 14): $1,400 per week or $225 per night (3 night minimum)
Holiday Weeks (Easter, New Years, Christmas): $3,000 per week (ONE week minimum)
A 50% deposit is required to reserve dates. Balance due 30 days before arrival.

Taxes included in above rates as well as complimentary maid service Monday to Saturday
