From elegant fine dining to buffets and pool side snack bars, you will always be satisfied with the cuisine. This home is located in the northwest section of the country, bordering the Pacific Ocean. The area is known for its spectacular beaches. Conchal is considered by many to be the most beautiful white-sand beach in Costa Rica. The resort resembles an elegant, modern village, with its villas, rooms and facilities focused upon an impressive beach and golf course. The white-sand of Conchal a short distance away as is championship golf. Reserva Conchal is a short car ride from the popular town of Tamarindo for great surfing, vibrant nightlife and local shopping.
Features of this villa include 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 half bath Villa located alongside the Robert Trent Jones II Championship designed Golf Course. Your villa has a two balconies with views of the forest and mountains. Sliding glass doors will lead you to a veranda with your private 75 ft infinity pool and Jacuzzi hot tub. Each room is uniquely designed with the finest furniture, each with private bathroom, stand-in shower and separate bathtub. There is a King bed in the master, Queen in the 2nd Bedroom, and two double beds in the 3rd guest bedroom. The villa has marble floors throughout and granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, flat screen TV’s with cable. The Villa also has its own laundry room. Downstairs recreation room has a lounge area and wet bar and wall mounted flat screen TV. Outside you can lay by the pool or BBQ at the grill.

December 1 to April 30: $3,600 per week or $600 per night (4 night minimum)
May 1 to August 30: $3,000 per week or $475 per night
Sep 1 to Nov 30: $2,500 per week or $400 per night
Holiday weeks at $7,000 per week (One week minimum)
A 50% deposit is required to reserve dates. Balance due 30 days before arrival.
