Monte perla is a small complex with a nice pool, garden area, and 24 hour security. The condo measures 1300 SF and has been newly painted, has brand new upscale furniture, including new pillow-top mattresses, two large LCD TV’s in the living room and master bedroom. There is a king bed in the master bedroom with private bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living area also has a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping area. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, and pool/beach towels. Great private balcony with plenty of seating to enjoy the views.
The unit has private washer/dryer, A/C throughout, high speed internet (WiFi), Cable TV, DVD, iHome and phone. Secure parking for one car at condominium.
