This home has beautiful tropical landscaped gardens and private infinity edge swimming pool. Main house is two- stories and has 2,500 Sq. ft. of living space, 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, fully furnished and air conditioned in all the bedrooms. Main living area is an open-air concept with vaulted ceilings. Beautiful 25 foot ceilings in living room and dining room that leads into the large kitchen area with polished concrete countertops, all new appliances. Volume ceilings throughout the house, laundry room, 2 Car Garage,WiFi, Satellite TV, and phone.
Detached guest suites (total of 3 separate guest suites that have their own private entrance and balcony) have 300 square feet of living space each and feature full bathroom. All guest suites are air conditioned and have an amazing ocean view. Main home can be rented alone or in together with either one, two or all three of the detached guest suite apartments. Daily maid service included in rate (except Sunday). The option to rent the main home alone is available or rent the entire property together for your group. Very private setting on over an acre 1/2 acre of land with your own private pool and plenty of space to relax. We strongly suggest a 4×4 vehicle to get around the area. The nearest town of Matapalo is 2 miles away and there is no public transportation in our immediate area until you arrive in the town of Matapalo.
Great for large groups or families wanting a vacation home in a Costa Rican, tropical paradise by the beach in the beautiful northern pacific side of the Guanacaste region. Guanacaste is well known for its beauty and temperate dry weather and incredible beach sunsets.

Christmas, Easter, New Years (Dec 15-Jan 02) – $4,500/wk (1 week minimum)

* Add $50 processing fee plus sales tax to above rates. Maid service included 6x/wk. 50% down to reserve. Balance due 30 days before arrival.
50% is due of time of booking and balance is due 30 days before arrival. Down payment is non-refundable. We are happy to extend a credit for future stays if you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date. If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% of your stay minus a $100 processing fee. We recommend purchasing inexpensive travel insurance in case of last-minute cancellations.
