This beautiful, newer, modern home is located in a quiet residential part of Tamarindo, yet very close to downtown Tamarindo and the beach. Attention to detail has not been overlooked in this private home with designer pool. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 Baths with plenty of space to relax. The Master bedroom has a King bed, large private bath with stand-up shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. This home sleeps 6 in beds with 2 additional on the sleeper sofa. The fully stocked, gourmet kitchen features stainless steel countertops, high end appliances and wood cabinets. There is a nice family room area downstairs as well as a TV Room upstairs. Expansive decks overlooking the pool and tropical garden. Plenty of outdoor seating for eating and lounging poolside. Cable TV, High Speed internet, phone, and A/C throughout. This home will truly make you feel like you have arrived in paradise!
December to April: $1,800 per week/ $275 per night (4 night min)
May to August: $1,500 per week/$225 per night (3 night min)
September to November: $1,200 per week/$200 per night (3 night min)
Holiday Rate: (Christmas, New Years and Easter) $3,500 per week (1 week min)

50% is due of time of booking and balance is due 30 days before arrival. Down payment is non-refundable. We are happy to extend a credit for future stays if you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date. If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% of your stay minus a $100 processing fee. We recommend purchasing inexpensive travel insurance in case of last-minute cancellations.
