laundry. This ocean view 2 Bedroom, 2 bath Diria Condo has the best location in Tamarindo. Nice views of the ocean, pristine garden area and 10,000 SF Free form pool. The most spacious outdoor covered terrace and a beautiful private garden as well! This end unit is the most private in the complex.
This condo is located within the Diria Resort-the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo. You will have full resort access, including the 10,000 SF free form pool with swim-up bar, many restaurants, and golf, during your stay. Famous Tamarindo beach is only 150 yards away and you are right in town, walking distance to just about everything.
With over 1500 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and private bath. Guest bedroom has two twin beds. Spacious living and dining areas. TV in family room, cable TV, high speed WiFi, phone and A/C. Inside washer/dryer. The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked and features all cooking utensils and supplies. The property has an in-room safe as well as 24 hour security, and
secure parking.
There is plenty to do in Tamarindo! From the world-class surfing, diving, fishing, horseback riding, ATV tours, shopping, and dining. Day trips to the Volcano and White water rafting. May 1 to August 30: $1,300 per week or $225 per night
Sep 1 to Dec 14: $1,000 per week or $175 per night
Dec 15 to Jan 2 – Christmas, New Years and Easter Weeks: $2,400 per week (one week minimum)
Thanksgiving week $1,300 (one week minimum)
Maid service available for an additional $25 USD per day.
