Sitting on the 18th hole of the golf course at Hacienda Pinilla, Villa Tranquila offers magnificent views of the course, Costa Rican mountains, and the Pacific Ocean. Hacienda Pinilla offers 4500 acres to explore, a multi-million dollar beach club, golf, the JW Marriot, La Posada Inn, Spa access and many miles of coastline to explore.
Villa Tranquila has 8 deluxe suites with 2 very large common areas — perfect for fostering camaraderie and spending time together. The first floor common area provides cozy dining for up to thirty and a full kitchen. Catered meals can be provided on site, if desired. The second floor common area is equipped with comfortable couches, a big screen TV, a festive wet bar, and a computer and internet station. Villa Tranquila is deal for:

PEAK SEASON
Jan. 3 to April 30: $1,000 per night or $6,500 per week
GREEN SEASON I
May 1 – Aug 30: $800 per night or $5,000 per week
GREEN SEASON II
Sep 1 – Dec 14: $600 per night or $4,000 per week
HOLIDAY SEASON
Dec. 15 to Jan 2
Easter Week
$12,000 per week (One week minimum)

Maid service included daily. Catering available.
50% is due of time of booking and balance is due 30 days before arrival. Down payment is non-refundable. We are happy to extend a credit for future stays if you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date. If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% of your stay minus a $100 processing fee. We recommend purchasing inexpensive travel insurance in case of last-minute cancellations.
