Blue Water Properties of Costa Rica is your full service licensed Real Estate, Vacation Rental management and Tour agency. Our main office is located in beautiful Playa Conchal. We specialize in the northern Pacific Coast of Guanacaste and have a total of four offices to better serve our clients located in Tamarindo, Conchal, Playa Grande and Playa Negra. This area, known as the “Gold Coast”, is booming due to its proximity to the Liberia International Airport, its pristine beaches and ideal climate.
Our agents are true professionals who represent buyers, sellers and investors in locating real estate. Our team is dedicated to offering the best experience to each of our clients, and that is why we believe you won’t need to shop anywhere else. Our Tour agency is represented by our company Blue Water Adventures LLC. Blue Water Adventures is fully licensed and insured and a member of ICT (Costa Rican Tourism Board).
