Blue Water Properties of Costa Rica is a licensed, locally owned Real Estate and property management firm serving the northwest Guanacaste area since 2006. We have four offices to better serve our clients. Our main office is in Playa Conchal/Huacas, and our satellite offices in Tamarindo Playa Grande and Playa Negra. Our goal is to provide our clients with exceptional customer service .

We have many years of real estate experience and can guide you through the complex process of purchasing abroad. Our company also manages over 40 fine vacation rental homes and condos in several different beach areas and provides 24-hour concierge services to our vacation guests to tend to their every need from tours to rental cars to at-home-services.  Our tour/travel agency is run through our parent company Blue Water Adventures. Because we are able to provide real estate, management and tour services under one roof, we are able to streamline the process and make it simple for our clients! We are proud members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors (CRGAR), and ICT (Costa Rica Tourism Board).

Blue Water Properties of Costa Rica has been featured on 3 episodes of the new HGTV Canada show called “Live Here, Buy This”.  We have also appeared on HGTV USA’s “House Hunters International” which is set to air in Summer 2013.
