Being in uncharted territory we wondered into Blue Waters Tamarindo location one random day. They greeted us with open arms & made us feel right at home from the start. Rebecca Clower
Rebecca Clower is the founder and owner of Blue Water Properties, as well as the lead broker at our Tamarindo office. She is a dual citizen of Costa Rica and the United States, where she first got her real estate feet wet as an agent, real estate investor, and house flipper. In 2006, Becky relocated to Guanacaste and a year later, she founded blue Water Properties.
Today, Becky remains passionate about real estate and acts as our in-house expert in new construction. She also leads the charge for a better, more transparent, more professional real estate industry in Costa Rica. She is the proud president of the Costa Rica Global Association of REALTORS® (CRGAR) and helped create Costa Rica’s first centralized MLS.
And if she looks familiar, you’ve likely seen her before! In addition to appearing on several episodes of HGTV USA’s House Hunters International, Beachfront Bargain Hunt, and Beach Around the World, as well as HGTV Canada’s Live Here, Buy This, Becky is also the host of Blue Water Properties’ popular YouTube channel, where she covers everything from the basics of moving to and living in Costa Rica to building a home and creating a successful business.
Rob Goodell has helped us find some great properties in Costa Rica. He understands the current market and is able to guide you to your real estate investment requirements.
