Meet Our Broker

Andres Lanza, a real estate broker and lead agent at our Playa Negra office, was raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he worked as a litigation attorney. Then, as so many stories do, Andres’s life diverted down another path, when he moved to Costa Rica.

Andres began his life here as a real estate investor and quickly realized he loved the industry, which led him to open Playa Negra’s first real estate office. A few detours later and Andres is now both a Costa Rican attorney (UCR) and Blue Water Properties’ foremost expert on Playa Negra. Today, he helps many investors navigate Costa Rica’s real estate market to achieve their dreams in paradise.

Andres is fluent in Spanish and English.

Location

Our office is located in the heart of Playa Negra, on the main road. We are open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Clients are welcome to stop by anytime. We always have an agent on duty who can help.
