Being in uncharted territory we wondered into Blue Waters Tamarindo location one random day. They greeted us with open arms & made us feel right at home from the start. Dawn exudes so much excitement and passion in all that she does. She is far more than just a realtor. Rebecca Clower

Rebecca Clower was born to a Costa Rican-USA bicultural, bilingual family in Chicago and raised in Buffalo, NY; she is a dual citizen (Costa Rica & USA) and is fluent in Spanish, thanks both to her “Tica” (Costa Rican) mother’s influence and her own Spanish studies in Costa Rica before attending Arizona State University.

After selling millions of dollars in real estate and a successful career as a real estate investor in Tampa, Florida, Rebecca – her friends and clients call her Becky – relocated to Costa Rica in 2006. Here, she founded Blue Water Properties of Costa Rica, and later added Costa Rican real estate investor and developer to her résumé, with her highly successful Mango Walk, Punta Playa Heights, and Plaza Mar Azul projects already under her belt.

Becky is the host of Purchasing in Paradise, a new reality TV show, and has also been featured on several episodes of HGTV USA’s House Hunters International, Beachfront Bargain Hunt, Beach Around the World, and Live Here, Buy This. She is a licensed luxury realtor, the former President of CRGAR (Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors), a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), and an International Investor.
