Andrew’s Costa Rica story began in 2002, when he first visited the country during his studies. Captivated by the lifestyle, culture, and natural beauty, he officially relocated soon after—and has called the Tamarindo region home for almost 20 years. Today, he specializes in coastal real estate across a wide-reaching territory that extends one hour North and South of Playa Tamarindo, offering clients unparalleled expertise in one of Costa Rica’s most sought-after investment corridors.

A graduate of the University of Washington (“Go Dawgs!”), Andrew holds a degree in International & Political Communications with a Minor in Spanish. His education included immersive language and cultural studies throughout Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Chile, Spain, and the Canary Islands—an experience that shaped his bicultural fluency and strengthened his ability to serve both international investors and relocating families with ease.

Andrew began his real estate career in Costa Rica in 2006, and his long-standing history in the market gives his clients a tremendous advantage. Known for his detail-oriented approach, sharp analytical instincts, and deep understanding of each micro-market, Andrew excels at identifying what an “ideal purchase” truly looks like for every buyer.
