Fiorella Perez Torres

Fiorella “Fio” was born in Costa Rica and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she completed her education. She spent nearly five years working as a Leasing Consultant, where her passion for real estate first began to take root.

In 2009, Fio made the life-changing decision to return to Costa Rica to raise her children. She initially settled in Heredia for a couple of years before finding her true home in Tamarindo in 2011 — a move she proudly calls the best decision of her life.

Her professional journey in Tamarindo began at Blue Water Properties, where she worked as a Concierge. Guided by instinct and a deep love for connecting people with the right place, she transitioned into real estate and found her true calling.

Today, Fio specializes in relocation and luxury homes, helping both buyers and sellers navigate international moves with confidence, care, and a personal touch.

She is a proud member of CRGAR and holds the NAR CIPS designation, reflecting her commitment to international real estate excellence.
