Jill’s professional journey began in higher-education admissions and development, where she honed her research, presentation, and relationship-building skills—qualities she now leverages to guide buyers and sellers through Costa Rica’s dynamic real estate market.

Jill first invested in Costa Rican property in 1998, captivated by the country’s natural beauty and vibrant culture. In August 2025, she officially joined Blue Water Properties, transitioning from a marketing specialist into a trusted advisor. Since then, she’s supported clients with everything from residential sales and buyer representation to bespoke content creation, always ensuring each transaction is informed by data and delivered with empathy.

Known for her approachable, detail-oriented style, Jill specializes in residential sales, buyer representation, and strategic property marketing. A Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and At Home With Diversity designee (AHWD), she’s also an active member of CRGAR and NAR—and serves on CRGAR’s Education Committee, shaping the next generation of real estate professionals.
