As a former business administrator with a Master’s degree in International Business, Ocksan brings a unique perspective to the real estate industry. After gaining valuable experience in the corporate world, in 2015, he made the decision to join his family’s agricultural business here in Guanacaste.
Driven by his passion for regenerative agriculture, Ocksan established his own permaculture farm, which is now certified organic; there, he produces spices (turmeric, ginger, peppers, etc.), hibiscus flower wine, honey, and other products. This experience fueled Ocksan’s desire to venture into real estate, where he now assists clients in finding their own slice of heaven and accomplishing their dreams.
Ocksan is well versed in sustainable practices – he is also the Vice President for the AgroOrganic Association of Guanacaste – which he has leveraged to help clients in everything from sustainable residences to environmentally conscious investment projects, especially on fincas (farms) and in business.
