    4. Fly to Nosara & Find Your Dream Home

    5. Purchase & Save
    If a purchase is made, we credit your deposit toward the home purchase. Alternatively, if preferred, we refund the deposit via PayPal on the closing date.

    Yes, the deposit is fully refundable if you purchase a property in Costa Rica.

    The trip is 4 days and 3 nights. Once you select your arrival date, your return date is automatically set to ensure a consistent and seamless experience.

    No, the program covers airfare costs for two people. Once you qualify and pay the deposit, we take care of your flights and trip logistics.

    If you don’t buy, we keep the deposit, but you’ll still walk away with a great experience and valuable information.

    The most beautiful months are December through late March, but any time is good except September and October, when it rains heavily (though the program can still run, just expect more rain).
    This is a virtual meeting with a Blue Water Properties agent. It’s a great opportunity to get your questions answered and make sure the program is the right fit for you.
    You don’t need to have cash on hand right away. We’ll ask if you plan to purchase in cash or if you need financing, and we’ll support you in exploring the best options for your situation.
