Step straight into the sand and sea, or head out with NIMBU, Costa Rica’s first members-only boat club for Pacifico homeowners. Departing from the Beach Club, NIMBU includes an experienced captain and optional catering; choose snorkeling, fishing, beach hopping, or sunset cruises aboard premium 28’ and 32’ vessels with water toys and concierge planning.

Since 2021, Pacifico has entered a new phase focused on elevated design and amenities—adding a renovated Beach Club, a multi-sport complex (pickleball, tennis, basketball), family-friendly spaces, and signature real estate offerings like Na Umi Seaside Condominiums, Bosque Tropic Village, and Mira Estate Homes. The intent: enhance lifestyle while honoring the site’s natural setting.
