Since 2021, Pacifico has entered a new phase focused on elevated design and amenities—adding a renovated Beach Club, a multi-sport complex (pickleball, tennis, basketball), family-friendly spaces, and signature real estate offerings like Na Umi Seaside Condominiums, Bosque Tropic Village, and Mira Estate Homes. The intent: enhance lifestyle while honoring the site’s natural setting.
