Los Malinches

Reserva de Golf

Here, in front of holes 4, 5, and 6, you’ll enjoy incredible golf green views, as well as easy access to Hacienda Pinilla’s stables, tennis courts, Beach Club, and other amenities.
Palma Real
Named for its waving palms, Palma Real is a gorgeous retreat, framed by tropical gardens and a peaceful lake. Within, you’ll find the two smaller communities of Jardines de Palma Real (set around the gardens) and Lago de Palma real (located at the lake). This community is within walking distance of the beach.
Las Brisas
Named for its tropical breezes (brisas), Las Brisas is surrounded by rolling mountains and rare tropical dry forest – a perfect natural complement to its oversized properties, lush trees, and Hacienda Pinilla’s famed skatepark.
Los Alemendros
If you’ve ever wondered how many shades of green could exist, then living in Los Almendros (the “Almond Trees”) will touch your soul. Here, Costa Rica’s most prevalent hue decorates almost every inch of the view – except to the west, where the Pacific Ocean crashes at the feet of this beachfront community.
Las Golondrinas
Located along the scenic coast of Playa Bonita, Las Golondrinas is named for the swallows (of the avian variety) that you might spot here. That said, you’ll mostly be looking out, not up: this residential community is located both oceanfront and beachfront, and is one of Hacienda Pinilla’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Available properties are rare!
Avellanas
Easily another of Hacienda Pinilla’s most exclusive residential communities, Avellanas is located along the shores of its spectacular namesake, Playa Avellanas. These beachfront homes and homesites are rarely available, thanks to their scarcity and gorgeous surrounds, which not only include the Pacific but also a natural wildlife preserve and a tranquil estuary.
La Dulce Vida
Heralding the “Sweet Life,” La Dulce Vida (pronounced lah dool-say vee-dah) is an exclusive community, even within the already exclusive confines of Hacienda Pinilla. For here, you’ll find not just a beachfront community but the smallest at Pinilla; there are just two-dozen homesites located within!
