As our Real Estate Assistant, Marco Alvarado plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of Blue Water Properties.

Day to day, Marco manages inbound real estate inquiries, connecting clients with the right agent to meet their needs. Marco also oversees our Tamarindo office – he’s often the welcoming face you see when you stop in! – and providing essential sales support by maintaining the CRM system, coordinating showings, assisting agents with listings, and managing client records. He is integral to our efficient operations, ensuring that both agents and clients experience a seamless real estate process.

Before joining Blue Water Properties, Marco worked in the tourism and real estate rental market, where he developed strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. His experience as a concierge at Las Catalinas further refined his ability to address client needs and improve satisfaction, which he now brings to his role at Blue Water Properties.

Here, Marco is in constant communication with our agents and marketing team, collaborating on sales reporting, client communication, and marketing materials, helping ensure that every real estate transaction is handled with care and professionalism.
