Corky Bless
Frank Bless – everyone calls him Corky – loves real estate and anything with a motor: He’s a private pilot and a motorcycle enthusiast (and especially enjoys riding with his son), and in his free time, you’ll most likely find him either riding or at the beach – usually accompanied by his family, which includes two dogs and two cats.
Corky also enjoys building and welding, so it’s no surprise that after getting his BA in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene, life led him to a real estate Limited Partnership in San Diego, where he fix-and-flipped properties for eight years. Now with 20 years in real estate, it was only natural that when he and his wife, fellow BWP consultant Michelle Bless, came to Costa Rica, they formed a team to build and renovate homes with a laser-sharp focus on detail.
At Blue Water Properties, Corky brings his professional background to every transaction, where he leverages his expertise in ground-up construction to ensure his clients not only get a great deal, but also a great home.

Michelle Bless
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Michelle Bless has traveled to over 35 countries – and ultimately, chose Costa Rica as her own! An avid traveler, hobbyist tennis player, architecture vulture, interior design devotee, and home cook, Michelle is accomplished in both her personal and professional lives.
With a degree in International Relations and a Minor in French (Pomona College, California), Michelle spent the first part of her professional life working as a financial advisor. In 2016, she transitioned to real estate – and never looked back! Today, she works as one-half of a team she formed with her husband, Corky Bless, and together, they build homes with a laser-sharp focus on detail.
At Blue Water Properties, Michelle works to build strong client relationships rooted in hard work, trust, and attention to detail. She is a master of organization and a pro at scouting good real estate investment deals, and will go to bat for you and your needs, every time.
