In addition to working as a residential and commercial real estate agent, Laura Masis is your local connection for home décor, furnishings, and other inspiration for interior design and home staging. She’s also the assistant and apprentice to Lauren Mantey, one of Blue Water Properties’ top consultants.
Born and raised in San José, Costa Rica, Laura has lived in the Guanacaste area for more than four decades. For over 20 years, she used her degree in Bilingual Education and worked as an elementary school teacher. Ready for a change, she recently embraced a new career in real estate, blending her love for and connections in décor to help her clients not only secure furniture for a great price, but also to create a home or successful investment here in Costa Rica.
Laura also manages a local property management company and can leverage her insider knowledge to help investors make strong decisions regarding short-term rental properties. She relies on personable and friendly service, and looks forward to helping her clients achieve their goals in Costa Rica.
