Born and raised in a northwest Montana ski town, where her family farmed while raising 50 head of horses and cattle, Stacey Ingham has long understood the value of hard work. It shows: After obtaining an undergraduate degree in Business Management and graduating from a University of Washington investment banking specialty course, she worked in everything from hotels and hospitality to restaurant operations and as a chef. 

Life pivoted when Stacey became a NAR-certified real estate agent and her career shifted to second home sales and property development. In her first two years of licensing, she sold over $7 million in real estate for clients. She has also owned, remodeled, and sold in excess of $10 million in the course of her development career, and has been part of the funding and banking team for multiple high-level hotel development projects and commercial projects.

At Blue Water Properties, Stacey leverages her successful career in second home sales, entertaining, and hospitality to bring a unique understanding to the flow and feel of a home, matching her buyers with not only a great property but also a community of common interests. A home, whether a primary or second home, is a place to make memories – and Stacey enjoys connecting her new buyers with new connections who will provide support and friendship. 

As a real estate developer, Stacey also has an affinity for numbers, return on investment, risk management, and cost analysis, and has developed remarkable local connections with architects, builders, and designers. She spends time on the ground daily, managing her personal development projects and representing a small development fund, which gives her further insight into the building process, funding, ways to use investments to buy second homes, and the costs of owning in Costa Rica.
